EZShield™ – The EZShield Check Fraud Protection
Program helps protect you against check fraud and many
of its associated costs. You are reimbursed for check
fraud perpetrated through:

Forged Signatures – Checks forged with your
signature as the payer.

Forged Endorsements – Checks that are endorsed
and cashed or deposited by someone other than the
designated payee.

Alterations – Checks with altered information.
EZShield protects your entire order of checks for up to
two years from the purchase date. The fraud will not be
covered if perpetrated by the account holder, a member
of the account holder’s immediate family, or people
living or working in the account holder’s household.
EZShield Check Fraud Protection is available on
personal-size checks drawn on personal accounts only.
Protection is limited to $25,000 per check order.
Ordering EZShield is easy! Simply check “yes” on the
special EZShield order form bound with your checks or
choose the EZShield selection if re-ordering online. The
Program automatically renews with each new order of
checks, unless you specify otherwise.
