  1. WHAT IS FOCUS ONLINE? 
    Focus Online is the credit union's product that offers members online access to their accounts from their personal computers. You can access your account to: 
    • view up-to-the-minute balance information
    • view account history for up to the last six months 
    • transfer funds between accounts
  2. HOW MUCH DOES FOCUS ONLINE COST? 
    Focus Online gives members immediate access to their accounts free of charge. You can view balances, see if checks or deposits have posted, transfer money between accounts, download account information into financial management software, and view and update stock information-all free of a monthly service charge! Members may have to pay a fee to their Internet Service Provider, but the credit union does not charge a fee for online account access.

  4. WHEN IS FOCUS ONLINE AVAILABLE? 
    In general, Focus Online is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The system is taken offline for short periods periodically for maintenance. If access is denied, please try again shortly.

  6. WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED TO BE ABLE TO USE FOCUS ONLINE? 
    You need to have a personal computer equipped with the following:
    • internet browser software such as Netscape or Microsoft Internet Explorer and
    • an internet access account through an Internet Service Provider (ISP) such as AT&T, Pac Bell, EarthLink, or America Online
GETTING STARTED WITH FOCUS ONLINE HOME BANKING
To log into Focus Online Home Banking you will need your member number and Automated Telephone Teller PIN (Personal Identification Number). 
Your Automated Telephone Teller PIN can be used to access both our Automated Telephone Teller phone service and the Focus Online Home Banking service. If you don't have a Automated Telephone Teller PIN or you have forgotten your PIN, please call our Tele-Center at 866-4FOCUSCU (866-436-2872) or 626-471-3300 or e-mail us at CUsupport@focusonecu.org

  1. ACCESSING FOCUS ONLINE HOME BANKING
    Go to the home page of our website: www.focusonecu.org, then click on the "Focus One CCU Home Banking" icon. At the "Welcome to Focus Online Home Banking" screen, enter your FocusOne CCU account number, and your Automated Telephone Teller PIN. An online HELP function is available any time members have questions about how to use Focus Online.

  3. WHAT ACCOUNTS CAN BE VIEWED ON FOCUS ONLINE? 
    All savings, checking, money market, and loan accounts that you have with the credit union are accessible through Focus Online.

  5. ARE ACCOUNT TRANSFERS LIMITED? 
    Regulation D, which is a federal law, governs the number of electronic transfers that may be made from savings or money market accounts each month. Such accounts are limited to no more than six transfers per month. If more than six Focus Online transfers are attempted from savings accounts, the system will not allow the transfers to be completed. 
    Transactions from checking accounts are unlimited.
