| Volunteers Board of Directors
As a not-for-profit cooperative financial institution, Focus
One Community Credit Union is owned and operated by its
members. The Board of Directors a volunteer group is comprised of elected
officials who play a valuable role in determining the basic
policies and the future financial direction of the credit
union. The Board of Directors and the Supervisory Committee
work closely together to ensure that focus is placed on
meeting members needs.

Supervisory Committee
The Supervisory Committee is also a volunteer group elected by
the membership. It is responsible for insuring that
the Credit Union is complying with government regulations and
Board policies, as well as good business and accounting
practices. While they utilize the services of an outside CPA
firm for their annual audit, the Supervisory Committee is
involved throughout the year with performing oversight
activities, and reporting their findings to the Board of
Directors.
